Pumpkin Pie Martini

2 ½ ounces Pinnacle Pumpkin Pie Vodka
1 ounces Butterscotch Schnapps
3 ounces half-and-half
2 dashes pumpkin pie spice

Pumpkin pie spice – garnish     
Graham cracker crumbs – optional for rimming glass


If you would like to rim the glass with graham cracker crumbs, wet rim of glass with butterscotch schnapps then dip rim of glass into a shallow bowl/plate filled with graham cracker crumbs. Set glass aside.

Fill cocktail shaker full with ice, add Pumpkin Pie vodka, butterscotch schnapps, half-and-half and two (2) dashes pumpkin pie spice, cover with lid and shake vigorously.  Strain and pour into a martini glass.  Add another dash or two of pumpkin pie spice to garnish.
